I am forwarding the following email, as a further jog, as I've received only 1 confirmation of planned attendance for Sun's meeting, to date. Also, I'd failed to attach the Application, so you'll find it here. I'm also adding the trip Orientation Manual, from PDA, as some newer folks don't yet have that.
PLEASE let me know if you have others who are more 'over the fence than on it' and expecting to go with us, so that I can get a preliminary head-count before Sun's meeting. I will need a completed Application by Sun from all those planning to attend, even those fence-sitters, please. Please note that the original Application requests payment of $400 by the Feb 25 deadline. This amount is now reduced to $300, because of the generosity of our Missions Committee, and I will now not require payment until 2 months prior to the trip (4/9/07).
Also, I'm pleased to say that Paul Wemyss has stepped up as our trip's official 'webmaster' and has created a blogsite for us. Check it out at http://www.missionsfpcb.blogspot.com/ - so far it only has a copy of the message below, but the wallpaper is way cool - thanks Paul! We will be using this location to communicate in the future, and there may be some video and/or other info uploaded shortly, as Paul's time permits.

Mark, it is exciting to hear of the work the Lord is doing thus far in prep for this trip. Praise God!
My recent surgery will keep me from serving with you in Louisana, but I shall liken to partner with you and the team in prayer.
Shall we say I'd love to be a part of your team as an offical (or unoffical if you'd like) sponsor of intercession?
